Clothing Displays

PLUMTICKLED

Here's a great way to display clothing and tutu's! Hanging clothes from a clothes rack (homemade or store bought) is always an easy way to display clothes. I also love how they are displaying their tutu's on a stand. You can also use a blanket stand or a plant stand for this! It really display's the tutu's well and puts it down at eye level for those little ones wearing them, which is VERY important! I also love how they used shutters to build their table and use it as display! It also saves a lot of room having the clothes hang up high (clothes that aren't too long, of course).

Pillow Displays

JEWELWEEDS

These "pillows" by jewelweeds are actually sachets, but I do believe the concept can be created on a larger scale for pillows. The idea of a tiered pastry stand could be great for so many products including jewelry, accessories, toys, etc.!

Tutorials / Card Displays

JCAROLINE CREATIVE

JCaroline Creative has a great tutorial for her STORAGE Baskets!

These can be used for so many fun things like cards, patterns, accessories, socks, anything you can think of! It's a fun way to add color to your booth, if needed! The storage baskets can be used at home after your show too, which is always a great way to keep yourself from having too much clutter!

Clothing Displays

MOD KID BOUTIQUE

Patty Young, with Mod Kid Boutique did a great job with her display of clothing here! It's set up as if it's a fun boutique or walk-in closet. The colors are wonderful and kid friendly, of course! Having models really help show what the clothes will look like and bring attention to the booth (especially being in the middle of the space). I also think photos of people wearing the product is very useful.

Handbag Displays

QUEEN PUFF PUFF

Queen Puff Puff has done a great job displaying their handbags! I love how they have the bags hanging off the table and on the table, but not setting on the table. Another thing that's great is the display of a model wearing the product. This is great advertising and a fun way to show how the product would look on someone!

Hat Displays

HAT DIVA

Hats take up a lot of space, so displaying them can get pretty complicated. Hat Diva did a great job displaying their hats here on the table and a stand. I also love the large mirror and round sign!

Scrabble Tile Display

Pretty {much} Art

Pretty {much} Art did a great job displaying their Scrabble Tile Pendants! Rather than laying the necklaces out as display, they have packaged them up in nicely designed bags. They also have them laid out on a Scrabble Tile Tray!

Ring Displays

LEAN DOG POTTERY

This is a fun and inexpensive way to display your rings! You can also use wild rice, white rice, or small pebbles. I do not recommend using sand - it's too messy! Lean Dog Pottery's dispaly makes it easy for the buyer to pick up the rings and try them on and put them back easily. The dark background of the beans really allow the rings to stand out, adding lovely colors and texture to the eye! If you're rings are on the darker side, I would use a contrasting color like white rice.

Soap Displays

The Pig and the Peacock

The Pig and the Peacock did a great job displaying their soap. I think the way they used staggered stacking displays. The color of their shop is what really catches your eye and brings you in, which is really what you shoot for. You want to stand out (and still be stylish). I also like how some of the soaps are sitting vertically and some horizontally-this really changes up the display. I've also included a photo of their display of the soap scents! This looks very professional and really adds to the look of the display all together.

Craft Fair Booth Displays / Necklace Displays

J. Elise Designs

What caught my eye about the way J. Elisa Designs displayed their necklaces was they various display tables & vases! The tables/design compliment the style of the necklaces and really sets a mood in the space. I can almost see candles burning in the corners as the aesthetics give you a sense that you're in a cozy and relaxing room. What's also great about this display is how the necklaces almost appear to be jewels hanging in a treasure box!

Display Case

Something's Hiding in Here

This is a great example of a display case for your goods. Something's Hiding in Here used it to display their toys, etc. It really changes it up and gets away from the same table options. If you can't find something made, you can make it yourself and have it fold and hinge. I'm not sure how, but it sounds good! :)

Toy Displays

Zooguu

What a fun and exciting display for toys! I really love how this goes against the grain of displays! I can imagine all the kids wanting to check this out. Zooguu did such a great job on this display, which will stand out from far away. Another way of achieving this is to glue small square boxes together then painting them. This can also stand on a table and look great!

Handbag Displays

India Romeo

This is a great way to display accessories & bags! I love how they line the booth and use items you may have around the house to hand from. It keeps them off tables and allows the buyers to walk into the booth with more ease. It also adds color to your "walls!"

XS Baggage & Co.

This booth, displaying bags, does a great job of changing up the display. They have some on the table, some hanging from a clothes line and some hanging on the grid wall. It really makes it look like there are different things to look at in the space. I also like the lanterns hanging from the booth, this really adds a great visual affect!

Craft Fair Booth Designs

HAMPTON JEWELS

This craft show booth looks refreshing and fun to visit. I also like the fabric flags hanging on the canopy that will draw the shoppers attention to your booth (assuming not every booth is doing it).

VIRIDIAN

What's great about this booth design is that it's very inviting! It's warm and welcoming. I want to spend time here and hang out. When you seen so much time and care put into a booth, you know their product will be just as highly crafted. They say you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but first impressions are VERY important in booth design.

Fantastic Toys

Aside from the great colors & fun flag, I love the use of different tables in Fantastic Toys' booth! It looks like a fun candy store and I really want to see what's going on in there. They also did a great job in displaying their toys!

Toy Displays

Red Marionette

Another fun Booth Display for Toys! This one comes from Red Marionette, who has really done a great job with her display! Having the stuffed toys in boxes, rather than laying on the table, really help with space and add fun. I do like how she made the boxes white - being careful not to distract from the product. You can use any box (cereal box) you have laying around and cover it in white paper! It's also great to have the boxes in different sizes and shapes. The mini shelves, giving the display hierarchy is always a great design!

Fantastic Toys

What I love about this display is the use of small round tables rather than one big table! This makes it easier for the buyer to walk around and changes it up a bit. I also love the use of two different color table clothes & the use of another cloth that matches the booth. This just reads FUN FUN FUN and will surely bring that young shopper to your booth!

STELLA+HODGE has posted this wonderful tutorial on their blog about making a necklace display. She writes, "And I know there are nice displays you can purchase, but I wanted to lo-cost alternative."

shop POPKO

This is such a great DIY (Do It Yourself) tutorial on how to make the ring display by shop POPKO! You can choose any type of box or color of fabric to change up the look of the display.

Cut Out & Keep

Another great DIY for rings by Cut Out & Keep! Click on their link to see the tutorial and you'll also see versions of other peoples designs! Such a great idea!

Necklace Displays

Panic Mama Jewelry

This is a great display of necklaces and jewelry when you're short on space and money! The table cloth pattern is modern and eye catching. The use of the boxes are a great way to display they jewelry - especially when you don't have a lot. This is so much better than placing the necklaces on the table. You can find boxes already made or make boxes with recycled cardboard. You can paint them in matching colors too! Just don't use too many colors - you don't want to distract from your jewelry.

Earring Displays

Green Space Goods

A fun way to display your earrings. You can use just about anything you have laying around your house! "The base is a piece of an old shower caddy that has been dressed up with a section of a sea-grass beach mat. The label is a bit of aluminum can with our logo stamped on it. Not too bad for a temporary fix if you ask me. Hope everyone is having a great weekend."

Card Displays

Lockette

I'm loving the old suitcases for displaying things, like these cards. What really works here, aside from the colors, are the boxes within a box. It's a simple detail that is normally over looked. And look at the way she priced everything with the tags - clever.

...............................................................................................

Sew Trashy

This is a great way to display your cards. Here Sew Trashy displayed their Gocco cards in a blue metal container that they picked up at a thrift store. I think the tin adds color and will catch your eye. The only thing I would change is the hand written price tag. I'd suggest typing it up.

Accessories Displays

Viridian

When most of the items you're selling are the same, you want to make sure it appears there's more there to see than what you see at first glance. This will bring the potential buyer in closer for a better look. What's great about Viridian's display of their beautiful accessories is that they've displayed them in different ways. But what really works is that the colors and types of displays blend in and don't distract from the product itself. What you don't want to do is have so much going on that your product is lost in display.

Fluffy Flowers
Fluffy Flowers has written a great blog about setting up for a weekly farmer's market show.
She says, "
One thing I was not prepared for was how to handle requests for custom orders." She then writes about advice on how to address this issue from her own experience. It's a great read especially for those who will be facing their first show soon!
